Welcome to The Resolution Diet


RESOLUTION is not only a weight loss product:

  • It’s a natural energy product.
  • It’s appetite suppressant.
  • It’s a maintenance product.

But most of all its like having a Coach in a bottle that you carry with you everywhere, for the moments in life that you need it.

It will also Re-program:

  • Metabolism like new
  • Your glands like new
  • Locks fat reserves so your chance of a rebounding is minimum




You must count your calories…

Eat 750-1200 a day

The closer you stay to 760 calories the more you will lose. You can lose 1-3 LBS a day, on Resolution.

If you eat the foods you are not supposed to eat, you will get a sensation of dizziness and/or nauseousness. And if you do not stop eating the restricted foods it can cause you to vomit. (It will feel just like morning sickness)

Restricted 4 food categories are:

1) Foods with sugar added. No exceptions. (You may try natural sweeteners like 100% Stevia, and 100% honey)

WARNING: natural juices and many foods purchased in supermarkets have sugar added! Look at ingredients.

2) Foods made with Flour, NO exceptions. Bread, tortillas, even pastas, etc…and yes, even wheat bread

3) All fried foods. Cooked canola and/or lard

4) NO CHOCOLATE!!! Period

Go against this list of four things and you will provoke feeling nauseous and or vomiting. Your body will start to repulse against foods that cause it to feel bad. Your body will naturally reprogram itself to not crave for those foods.

After you are off the resolution…

You may not be able to eat those items right away. It may take up to a week to get Resolution out of your system. After a week you may eat those items, and you will be okay. You will discover that your body will taste everything fantastic…but naturally, will not binge eat on those items, and in most cases, your body will not even want those items anymore. However, you can eat them and you will be okay.

Using RESOLUTION as a maintenance product

If you are at your ideal weight, but know you have a weakness for some foods; pizza, chocolate, ice cream, cookies, etc., you can take 5-10 drops 30 minutes prior to a party, outing etc…

This will prevent you from losing control, and you can use it when you feel weakness with foods.

Welcome to Boss Chick Fitness

Hey hey hey! 


My name is Colette Morris and I am over 50, now that is all I am going to say.

I know I look good, but I worked for this body, believe me!

I wanted to put down my thoughts, actions and journey for fitness for especially women over 50 right here in Boss Chick Fitness. 

I am a qualified nutritional therapist, which came about kind of by accident! 

I have always been into living a healthy lifestyle, even in my 20s,30s, 40s and when my mother was diagnosed as a diabetic in her early 70's I wanted to see if I could help her manage her diet, and get her off those diabetic tablets she had to take.  Hence me finding out more and more about nutrition, especially from a caribbean perspective.  During my journey to help my mum become diabetic free from her tablets, I learnt a lot about nutrition especially about the Caribbean diet. 

I was also asked by my friends to help them with their health and dietary issues as well. I have friends from African backgrounds, Indian backgrounds, Italian backgrounds and English backgrounds.
 In all I have endeavoured to find out more about the food that they eat, their culture, and their lifestyle so that together we can change the unhealthy to more healthier options.

I love motivating people and seeing the difference that a healthier lifestyle makes to their own lives. This is what has inspired me to do what I do



My mission has not changed and will always be to help as many people as I possibly can to improve their health and their lifestyle.  

My personal mission 

Helping 1000 families to improve their health and their lifestyle is my mission for 2016.
